Welcome to Arham Always Care

Arham Always Care is the animal welfare project of Arham Yuva Seva Group (AYSG), a youth-driven non-profit. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of this website, alwayscare.org, which is operated by Arham Yuva Seva Group.

Arham Always Care is a project run by Arham Yuva Seva Group and is not a separate legal organisation. Arham Yuva Seva Group's own website is at arham.org, which publishes its own terms covering that site.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use alwayscare.org if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any disclaimer notice: "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and complying with these terms and conditions. Emergency Helplines and Animal Care

alwayscare.org publishes ambulance helpline numbers, clinic locations and a live map so that you can reach help for an injured animal as quickly as possible.

Our rescue and treatment services are provided free of charge and on a best-efforts basis. We cannot guarantee that an ambulance will be available in a particular area at a particular time, that a call will be answered within any set period, or that a rescue will result in a specific outcome. Ambulance positions, case information and counts shown on this website are provided for guidance and may be delayed or incomplete.

Nothing on this website is veterinary advice, and it is not a substitute for examination and treatment by a qualified veterinarian. In an emergency, please call the helpline number listed for your city.

Volunteering

You may apply to volunteer using the form on this website. Submitting an application is not an offer of a volunteering position or of employment, and we may decide not to proceed with an application. A city coordinator will contact you using the phone number you provide. The details you submit are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Donations

Donations made through this website are received by Arham Yuva Seva Group in support of the work described on alwayscare.org. When you choose to donate, you are taken to the donation platform operated by Arham Yuva Seva Group on arham.org, where your donation is completed through a third-party payment gateway. Any terms shown on that platform at the time of payment apply to your donation.

Donations to Arham Yuva Seva Group are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. A receipt is issued for every donation.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
